How do I bid on an item?
Create a free account, then click "Place Bid" on any active auction listing. You'll be notified by email if you're outbid so you can place another bid before the auction closes.
What is Buy It Now?
Some listings offer a Buy It Now price. Clicking "Buy It Now" skips the auction and purchases the item immediately at that fixed price.
How does pickup work?
After winning an auction or completing a purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to schedule pickup. Items are located in Linn County, Iowa. Local delivery may be available on select large items — ask us.
Can I submit an offer below the listed price?
Yes, on listings marked "Or Best Offer." Click "Make an Offer," enter your amount, and we'll respond within 1 business day. Offers at or above our auto-accept threshold are approved instantly.
How do I pay for my purchase?
We use Stripe for secure online payments. After winning or buying, you'll receive a checkout link. We accept all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Items are sold as-is — condition, materials, and any known defects are described in each listing. We encourage you to ask questions before bidding.
I'm a seller — how do I get started?
Seller accounts are by invitation. Contact us using the form below or give us a call and we'll get you set up. Sellers manage their items through a dedicated dashboard.
How long do auctions run?
Most auctions run 5–14 days and close at the date and time shown on the listing. All times are Central Time.
